The Bollisteel Stainless steel composite panel are composed of two stainless steel skins or one stainless steel skin and one aluminum skin, combined with polyethylene or mineral FR core.

 

The Bollisteel Stainless steel composite panel are designed especially to meet the highest esthetical requirement, in combination with low weight and high cost efficiency.

 

The Bollisteel Stainless steel composite panel are particularly suited for application in façade, elevator, outdoor furniture, inner decoration, partitioning systems, doors as well as furniture.

1. Features (1) Flatness: Bollisteel  panel has the excellent flatness derived from the continuous laminating process. (2) Rigidity: As one of the attributes of composite panels, Bollisteel   is rigid and lightweight. SCM 4mm is equivalent to stainless steel 2.9mm thick in rigidity, anreduces the weight by 55%. (3) Corrosion resistance:  220M, or #316 Optional (4) Fire safety:  comply with FR EN13501-1 or BS476-6-7fire approval for exterior and interior uses in Japan. 

 

2. Material composition Bollisteel   is composed of non-combustible mineral filled core sandwiched between 0.3mm thick stainless steel sheets. Topside skin: 0.3mm thick stainless steel sheet, 220 OR 316 highly rust-resistant ferric stainless steel Core material:  Non-combustible mineral filled core Backside skin: 0.3mm thick stainless steel sheet,  or 1.0mm aluminum composite panel

  

 

3. Surface finish 3 Emboss Colors Optional: Hairline, Dull Finish, Mirror, Emobossed
